One task. One honest block of time.

Focus Timer

Choose a small commitment, put everything else down and begin.

25:00

Ready when you are.

A timer is a boundary, not a test

The point is not to prove that you can concentrate perfectly. A defined interval reduces the size of the commitment and makes it easier to notice when attention wanders.

Which duration should I choose?

Use ten minutes when starting feels difficult, 25 minutes for a conventional Pomodoro-style interval, and 50 minutes when you already have momentum and the task benefits from deeper continuity.
