Stress Check

A two-minute reflection on pressure, control and recovery during the past week. It is educational, not diagnostic.

Stress is not a personal failure

Stress reflects an interaction between demands, resources and the nervous system’s response. A result should lead to curiosity: What is demanding the most? What is controllable? What support or recovery is missing?

Not a diagnosis: This is an original wellness reflection, not the Perceived Stress Scale or another validated medical instrument. Seek qualified care when distress is severe, persistent or disrupting daily life.

Choose a next action

For immediate settling, try the Breathing Studio or 5-4-3-2-1 exercise. For persistent overload, address the demands themselves and involve someone who can help.
